Returns/Exchange Policy

  • Customer’s Responsibility: Inspection upon receipt of order.

  • Within 24 hours of receipt – Inspect order and report any discrepancies.

  • Within 30 days of receipt – Request a RA# (Return Authorization Number) if needed (See Returns/Exchanges). • After 30 days no returns/exchanges will be accepted.

  • Used items are not able to be returned or exchanged.

  • Damaged Goods/Manufacturing errors – Send pictures and a description of the error for verification. We reserve the right to inspect merchandise to determine whether to repair, replace or credit. StylePlus may require the item to be returned. Please do not use or dispose of any item until directions have been given.

  • All returns must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) issued from your dealer.

  • All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • In Stock items are returnable or exchangeable if unused and in original packaging. Product returned with noticeable wear will not be accepted. • In-Stock Basics are returnable if unworn, unless only used for sizing. Product returned with noticeable wear will not be accepted.

  • Footwear exchanges/returns – packaging that is damaged or marked in any way (writing/postage/tape, etc.) will incur a $5.00 re-boxing fee. Footwear with noticeable wear will not be accepted.

  • Made to order and custom items are not returnable or exchangeable, including but not limited to: Digital Flags, Cut & Sewn Flags, Banners, Corelements, Costumes, Uniforms, Close-outs & While Supplies Last (WSL) items. As a general rule, this applies to anything not listed as “In-Stock.”
